Ilmoittautumisvahvistus
Ilmoittautumisen jälkeen saat vahvistuksen sähköpostitse. Ilmoittautuminen näkyy myös omissa tiedoissasi.

Laskutus

Lasku tulee sähköpostilla osoitteesta no-reply@procountor.com (yritys Suomen Kotilääkäripalvelu Oy tai Edocare Oy). Maksuviivästyksestä on oikeus periä lain mukainen maksu ja viivästyskorko. 

Ilmoittautumisen peruminen koulutuspäiviin

Peruutus tulee tehdä kirjallisesti tuki@qadental.com osoitteeseen. 

• Mikäli peruutus tehdään alle 28 päivää ennen koulutuspäivää, veloitetaan 50 % koulutuksen hinnasta.
• Mikäli osallistumista ei peruta viimeistään 10 päivää ennen koulutuspäivää tai osallistuja jää saapumatta ilman ilmoitusta, veloitetaan koulutuksen koko hinta.
• Sairaustapauksissa tai tapaturman sattuessa osallistumismaksua ei palauteta.

Ilmoittautuminen on mahdollista siirtää toiselle henkilölle viimeistään 2 päivää ennen tapahtumaa. Korvaavaan henkilön nimi, puhelinnumero ja sähköpostiosoite tulee ilmoittaa osoitteseen tuki@qadental.com.

Maksuttomissa tapahtumissa veloitamme 50 euron maksun ilmoittamattomasta poisjäännistä. 

Valmennuksen peruminen

Mestari-Kisällit pienryhmävalmennuksissa ja EU:n ulkopuolelta tuleville hammaslääkäreille suunnatuissa valmennuksissa, valmennuksen kokonaishinnasta veloitetaan 50 %, mikäli peruutus tapahtuu sen jälkeen kun ilmoittautuminen on ilmoitettu muuttuvan sitovaksi, mutta kuitenkin ennen ensimmäistä koulutuspäivää. Mikäli peruutusta ei ilmoiteta ennen ensimmäistä valmennuspäivää, veloitetaan 100 % valmennuksen hinnasta.

Jos ennen peruutusta ilmoittautunut on tehnyt valmennuksen hintaan kuuluvia maksullisia tenttejä, ne laskutetaan peruutuksen jälkeen kulloisenkin hinnaston mukaisesti.

Tapahtuman peruminen järjestäjän toimesta
QAdental pidättää oikeuden perua koulutuksen esim. sairastumisen vuoksi, liian vähäisen osanottajamäärän vuoksi tai force majeure syistä. Tällöin 100 % kurssimaksusta palautetaan.

Registration confirmation
After registration, you will receive a confirmation by email. Your registration will also be visible in your personal information.

Invoicing
The invoice will be sent by email from no-reply@procountor.com (company: Suomen Kotilääkäripalvelu Oy or Edocare Oy). In case of late payment, a statutory fee and interest will be charged.

Cancellation of registration for course days
Cancellations must be made in writing to support@qadental.com.

• If the cancellation is made less than 28 days before the course date, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
• If participation is not cancelled at least 10 days before the course date, or if the participant does not attend without notice, the full course fee will be charged.
• Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued in cases of illness or accident.

Registration can be transferred to another person no later than 2 days before the event. The substitute participant’s name, phone number, and email address must be sent to support@qadental.com.

For free events, a €50 fee will be charged for no-shows without prior notice.

Cancellation of coaching
For Mestari–Kisällit small group coaching programs and coaching programs for dentists coming from outside the EU, 50% of the total coaching fee will be charged if the cancellation is made after the registration has been confirmed as binding, but before the first training day.
If no cancellation is made before the first coaching day, 100% of the coaching fee will be charged.

If, before cancellation, the participant has completed paid examinations included in the coaching program, these will be invoiced after cancellation according to the current price list.

Event cancellation by the organizer
QAdental reserves the right to cancel the event, for example due to illness, insufficient number of participants, or force majeure. In such cases, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.
